This Agreement (the "Agreement") is an agreement between you and The Flour Girls (Tasha Reeve and Adrienne Puddicombe) that states the terms and conditions under which you may use the Website and receive our services, which includes processing and delivery of product orders, Your use of the Website constitutes your agreement to the terms and conditions set forth below. The Flour Girls Satisfaction Guaranty
All of our Go Picnic! lunches and services are backed by a 100% customer satisfaction guaranty. If you are dissatisfied for any reason, please contact us. You have up to two days after delivery and we will give you 100% of your money back for the lunch with which you are dissatisfied.
The Flour Girls Service
Placing Orders on Our Website. You can order as far in advance as you like or even the day before*. The deadline for ordering a lunch online is 6:00pm the night before. Orders placed online after this time are not guaranteed. You can however call and we will try to accommodate you. *Please note that the last minute deadline for ordering a Monday lunch is Saturday 6:00 pm You can modify an existing order up until 6:00 pm preceding your delivery day, including the addition or deletion of items, a change in drop location, and the cancellation of your order. You may cancel or change your order by phone or by email.
Product Price and Availability. We believe in offering our customers the best product at the best price possible. Although our goal is to fulfill 100% of each order, given the perishable nature of our products, from time to time products may be unavailable due to market conditions beyond our control or due to to quality that is below our standards. We reserve the right to limit your order or the quantity of a particular product that you may order. If we are unable to fulfill your entire order we will make every reasonable effort to contact you prior to delivery.
Delivery Process. The lunches will be delivered to your child's homeroom before their lunch break. They will leave their finished lunch bags in a designated Go Picnic Basket for same day pick up. To maintain the integrity of products after delivery, we recommend that you consume your lunch as soon as possible. We guaranty your products will remain fresh in the delivery bag at room temperature (78 degrees) for three (3) hours from the time of delivery. Lunches that are delivered and not consumed will not be refunded. Dishes, cutlery and containers that are included in the lunch bag must be returned on the same delivery day. We may notify you to let you know if something has not been returned but we will not charge you for missing items. However we reserve the right to refuse future business with you. In an effort to meet the committed deliveries for all of our customers, our delivery personnel cannot wait for an inspection of the lunch delivered. If something is missing from your order or inaccurate, please see our Satisfaction Guaranty (above). In the case of an extremely rare emergency or unforeseen delivery complications, it may be necessary to make adjustments to our delivery schedule or service and we will contact you to determine the best course of action.
Food Allergies. While we maintain a peanut free kitchen environment, be advised that Ingredients may have been manufactured on shared equipment with wheat, dairy, eggs, peanuts, and shellfish. Please contact us with any food allergy concerns or questions.

From time to time there may be information on our website that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. The Flour Girls also reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information at any time without prior notice.

FURTHER, YOU DO HEREBY AGREE WITHOUT EXCEPTION TO FULLY RELEASE THE FLOUR GIRLS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITIES, AS WELL AS INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD HARMLESS THE FLOUR GIRLS FROM ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY INJURIES OR DAMAGES YOU SUSTAIN, OR THAT ANYONE AFFILIATED WITH OR CONNECTED WITH YOU IN ANY WAY MAY SUSTAIN, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, CLAIMS OR DAMAGES RESULTING DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY FROM YOUR PURCHASE OF PRODUCTS/SERVICES.

Our privacy policy is clear: We will collect no personal information about you when you visit our website unless you choose to provide that information to us. If you choose to provide us with personal information as in an email or by filling out a form with your personal information and submitting it to us through our website we use that information to respond to your message and to help us give you the product/service you have requested. We do not collect personal information for any purpose other than to respond to you. Moreover, we do not create individual profiles with the information you provide or give it to any private or other organizations. We do not collect information for commercial marketing.
